Recently, the LYGH-2200 CNC reinforcement cage rolling welding machine, independently developed by Shandong Zhongji Luyuan Machinery Co., Ltd., has been deployed in the reconstruction and expansion project of Guangzhou Expressway. This intelligent equipment, which integrates the Internet of Things (IoT) technology and the concept of green manufacturing, has not only achieved a breakthrough in welding accuracy of ±0.5mm but also increased production efficiency by more than 4 times, injecting new impetus into infrastructure projects under the "Transportation Powerhouse" strategy.

The LYGH-2200 is equipped with a full servo motor drive system, adopting a Type 150 worm gear reducer and a
chain-driven structure. The error is only 1mm when moving 100 meters, completely solving the problems of "synchronization difference and easy distortion" of traditional equipment. Innovatively, the equipment uses 40×60mm cold-drawn steel cross bars and Type 80 hydraulic supports. A single unit can bear a weight of 50 tons and is suitable for processing full-specification steel bars of 8-32mm, meeting the needs of high-end scenarios such as bridges, tunnels, nuclear power, and hydropower projects.
In terms of intelligent upgrading, this model integrates a remote monitoring module. Through 5G network, it can realize real-time optimization of welding parameters and fault early warning, reducing the equipment failure rate to below 1%. Equipped with an energy-saving motor system, its daily power consumption is 40% lower than that of traditional models, fully complying with the requirements of the national "dual carbon" policy.
At present, the LYGH-2200 has been widely applied in key projects such as the reconstruction and expansion of Shenhai Expressway and Wenmeng Railway. In the steel bar processing plant project of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, this equipment can process 15 standard reinforcement cages per day. Compared with manual processing, it reduces labor input by 80%, successfully completing the centralized processing task of 21,000 tons of steel bars with a 100% acceptance qualification rate.
"The equipment has been operating for 3 months without any faults, and the dimensional accuracy of the welded reinforcement cages far exceeds the specification requirements," said a person in charge of a project department of China Railway. He added that the modular design of the LYGH-2200 shortens the mold replacement time to 30 minutes, greatly improving the flexibility of construction scheduling.
