Smart Factory Settles in Jining: Mass Production of Zhongji Luyuan's CNC Steel Bar Bending Center Leads Industry Upgrade

The R&D and production project of CNC steel bar processing equipment, with a total investment from Shandong Zhongji Luyuan Machinery Co., Ltd., is advancing at an accelerated pace. As one of the core products of the project, the CNC steel bar bending center has achieved large-scale production by virtue of technical advantages such as integrated double-head design and millimeter-level processing accuracy. It is expected to have an annual output of 500 units after reaching full production capacity, providing efficient and intelligent steel bar processing solutions for global infrastructure projects.

As a national high-tech enterprise, Zhongji Luyuan has been deeply engaged in the field of CNC steel bar processing equipment for many years. The CNC steel bar bending center developed by the company integrates a number of core technologies and demonstrates strong market competitiveness. The equipment adopts a double-head independent drive structure and an all-mechanical transmission design. Not only is it flexible in transportation without the need for fixed installation, but it also controls the operation noise at a relatively low level in the industry, greatly improving the construction site environment. In terms of precise control, relying on an advanced mechatronics system, the equipment's bending angle accuracy can reach ±1°, and it is suitable for processing deformed steel bars and round steel bars of 12mm-40mm specifications, which can meet the complex processing needs of multiple scenarios such as bridges, tunnels, and high-rise buildings.

The practical performance of this equipment has been fully verified in major projects. In the Xi'an Metro construction project, 4 sets of Zhongji Luyuan's CNC steel bar bending centers operated simultaneously. Through graphical programming and intelligent parameter matching functions, efficient processing of steel bar components of different specifications was realized. Compared with traditional equipment, the production efficiency was increased by more than 50%, and the labor cost of a single project was saved by over 600,000 yuan. A relevant person in charge of Anhui Road and Bridge Group stated that in the expressway project undertaken by the group, the equipment achieved trouble-free operation for three months due to its stable continuous operation capability, and the qualification rate of steel bar processing reached 100%, effectively ensuring the project progress.

Relying on a sound technical system and market layout, Zhongji Luyuan has established long-term cooperative relationships with central state-owned enterprises such as China Railway Construction Corporation and China State Construction Engineering Corporation. Its products are exported to nearly 100 countries and regions including South Korea and Israel. The smart factory invested and constructed this time will introduce more than 200 sets of advanced production equipment and 5 digital assembly lines. After completion, it will form a modern industrial base integrating R&D, production, and testing. The person in charge of the enterprise introduced that the factory will focus on overcoming high-precision processing technology for thick steel bars. At present, it is developing a new generation of bending centers that can be adapted to larger specifications of steel bars, and at the same time developing a remote diagnosis system to further improve the intelligent operation and maintenance level of the equipment.

Industry experts pointed out that the large-scale production of Zhongji Luyuan's CNC steel bar bending center not only promotes the transformation of the steel bar processing industry from manual operation to intelligent manufacturing, but also reduces the import dependence on infrastructure equipment through localized production. With the completion and commissioning of the smart factory, it is expected to drive the coordinated development of the upstream and downstream industrial chains, inject new momentum into the local manufacturing industry, and help the in-depth implementation of "Made in China 2025" in the field of infrastructure equipment.
