Product Description

Operating Instructions
1. Check whether the performance is good before using the equipment, and whether the workbench and the bending center of the CNC steel bar are kept level.
2. Before work, prepare each mandrel tool stop, adjust the mandrel forming shaft, iron stop shaft, etc.
3. Check the mandrel block, turntable, etc., whether there is damage, such as problems, timely treatment.
4. Before processing, the CNC steel bar bending center should be idled for a few minutes before the steel bar can be bent into the gap fixed in the turntable.
5. The other end of the steel bar needs to be pressed by hand, and the fuselage is fixed to ensure that the side that blocks the steel bar can be started.
6. When machining steel bars in the CNC steel bar bending center, it is forbidden to change the diameter, number of bars, speed, etc.
