Working Principle: The steel bar is positioned along the dotted line guide, with supporting pins fixed to the machine bed for stability. The center pin and bending pin shaft are mounted on the rotating disc. As the disc turns, the bar is bent around the center pin, creating precise angles (e.g., 90°, 180°) or circular hoops.
Adjustable Components: The work plate features multiple holes for inserting bending pin shafts of varying diameters, allowing quick adaptation to different bar sizes. Replaceable center pins further optimize compatibility with 4mm–25mm rebars, ensuring versatility for diverse project requirements.
