The independently developed CNC Rebar Cutting, Threading and Polishing Production Line by Shandong Zhongji Luyuan Machinery has been put into application in key infrastructure projects such as the reconstruction and expansion of Ji-Qing Expressway and Jinan Metro Line 6. In infrastructure projects, rebar processing is a key link throughout the entire project, and its quality and efficiency directly affect the project progress and structural safety. First, efficiency is doubled and labor costs are significantly reduced. The production line is equipped with a high-precision servo feeding system and a double-cutting mechanism, which can automatically complete the fixed-length measurement and precise cutting of rebars, and the cutting speed is 3 times higher than that of traditional grinding wheel saws; the subsequent threading process adopts adaptive torque control technology to automatically match the threading parameters of rebars of different specifications without manual adjustment; in the polishing link, multiple sets of wire wheels and dust removal devices are linked to realize automatic burr removal and dust collection. According to actual tests, when the production line processes ribbed steel bars with a diameter of 20-32mm, it can handle 30-35 tons per day (based on an 8-hour working system) and only requires 2 operators (1 main operator to monitor the system and 1 auxiliary worker for feeding). Compared with traditional processing methods, the efficiency is increased by 4 times and labor costs are reduced by more than 60%.
Third, it is green and safe, meeting the requirements of modern construction. Infrared safety light curtains and emergency stop buttons are installed at key parts of the equipment. When operators approach moving parts, the system automatically shuts down; at the same time, the production line adopts low-noise motors and shock absorption design, and the operating noise is controlled below 75 decibels, which improves the "high-noise and high-dust" working environment of traditional processing workshops and meets the green construction requirements of infrastructure projects.
