Taking a rebar cage with a diameter of 2 meters and a length of 12 meters as an example, the traditional processing method required 8-10 workers to work continuously for 12 hours to complete one set. Problems such as poor bonding during subsequent concrete pouring were prone to occur, posing hidden risks to the structural safety of the project. At the same time, during manual processing, workers had to bend over for a long time and carry heavy steel bars, resulting in high labor intensity and a relatively high risk of safety accidents. As China's infrastructure projects move towards larger-scale and more refined development, the traditional rebar cage processing method can no longer meet the project's requirements for efficiency, precision, and safety.
It is worth mentioning that the LYGH-800 has strong adaptability. It can process various types of rebar cages with a diameter of 230 millimeters to 800 millimeters and a length of 3 meters to 24 meters, meeting the needs of different infrastructure scenarios such as bridge pile foundations, subway tunnels, and high-rise building foundations. At the same time, the equipment adopts a modular design, with strong universality of components, convenient later maintenance, and maintenance costs reduced by approximately 30% compared with similar equipment.
At present, the LYGH-800 Rebar Cage Rolling Machine has been put into use in a number of key infrastructure projects. In a cross-river bridge project, this equipment processes an average of 8 sets of rebar cages per day, saving 60% of labor costs compared with traditional processing methods and shortening the rebar cage processing cycle of the project by 40 days.
