Boundary dimension is 12000×2180×1560（mm）. The integrated structure of the whole machine makes the transshipment convenient, no fixed.
All mechanical transmission structure is with low noise and convenient maintenance. Mechanical-electrical integration design has advanced control module.
Integrated design of the head moving mechanism is built into the box with compact structure. The working surface is vertical. Feeding and unloading operation is convenient and safe.
It is easy to measure the workpiece dimensions. The equipment has the test function. No waste is generated when the steel bar is bent. Two-way automatic bending of steel bars can be achieved. The curved steel bar has a maximum diameter of ϕ32.

The brake locking mechanism uses 8 pneumatics for braking. High stability ensures molding accuracy.
The control system adopts high-performance imported PLC and HD touch screen，easy to operate and sensitive.
Bending die and bending sleeve are made of special steel and heat treated，high wear resistance and long service life.
The track is driven by high-precision rack and pinion. Fixed teeth are more accurate and of low noise.
Multiple bars can be bent at one time with high production efficiency.
Rolling loading platform can load a lot of raw materials. Loading and unloading is convenient and labor saving.
After the screen graphics are edited and downloaded, the cutting length of raw materials is automatically displayed, easy to operate.
High production efficiency. Average daily processing volume is 6800pc.
Double independent heads work more efficiently. Free sizing is detail patent transformation.
With the cooperation of servo motor system and frequency conversion system, the steel bar below grade 5 can be bent instantaneously.
